Sitara yoga

A yoga series where we combine the physical aspects of yoga (asanas and breathing), with a focus on various aspects of health. The yoga classes issue from Virya Yoga, a yoga method which ensures that the whole body is covered based on sound biomechanical principles. There are 8 classes, where each class has a particular focus with both the physical practice and the educational component based on different aspects of health as mentioned above. The aim is to teach you about your body, to give you a stronger base from which to take care of your body even off the mat.

Pelvic yoga

A gentle yoga class with a particular focus on the pelvis. Through working with the physical aspects of yoga (asanas and breathing), the aim is to teach you more about your pelvis, and we explore the role of the pelvis in movement and in breathing. The pelvic yoga issues from Virya Yoga, a yoga method which ensures that the whole body is covered based on sound biomechanical principles.

Individual yoga

The individual yoga sessions are adapted to you and your needs. We will look at how you can optimise your practice through gaining a greater understanding of biomechanical principles, and how you can take your practice into your everyday life.
